If I"m walking up and down the supermarket aisle what kinds of foods should I be looking for if I'm trying to shed some excess, and unwanted flab? I'm at war with my wife and daughter cause between them the house is mostly carbs and sugar. I'm interested in between meal foods mostly since I think the only way I'm going to get the right meals (for me) is to snag some 'Smart Ones's' prepared dinners.
