Wasn't sure whether to post this here or in injuries (please don't shout at me if I got it wrong I looked up fitbuddy first and everything :()

Anyway...
Has anybody else had their appendix removed?
How long did it take to completely get back to normal?
How long before you could do abs?

Mine had to be removed when I was seven, but being a sporty child I was already doing cartwheels a week after. But I'd definitely ask your doc about what (s)he recommends. Just make sure your cut heals completely and that you feel no pain before doings abs. Get well soon!

I got mine out freshman year of highschool...it took probably around a week or two to be back to normal. I think roughly two weeks before i could really get into any athletic activity. Ask your doctor thought if you had just gotten it removed.:)
