Well, for those of you who read my post about my husbands sudden back problem, there is some good news. He went to the chiropracter yesterday, and she told him that his problem was a result of a pinched nerved, which in turn was a result of him not going to see her since 2001 as the doctor ordered. She said that with monthly "cracking" the problem should go away, and to stretch and exersize regularly to prevent the muscles from tightening up. Whew! It's nice when you have prepared yourself for the worst, and then get the best end of the situation. Thanks to all of you who answered posts about it, and for all of your support.

It's good to know there are people out there who can place such great faith in chiropractors. I did one time and he nearly crippled me. Must have been a bad one.

We only have faith in this chiropracter because she was the one that adjusted my husband when he first injured his back 4 years ago. If there is a more serious problem and the chiropracter doesn't know, or applies the wrong adjustment, it could wind up being bad. Sorry you had a bad exerpience!
