With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I'm going to be spending a few months travelling this summer and I'm looking into ways to keep my strength up without using weights. I've been reading about this 'Combat Conditioning' stuff at www.mattfurey.com. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Is there another system along these lines that works better than this one?
If I'm not mistaken the military bases there conditioning program on running and calesthenics. It's turned out some pretty lean and mean individuals over the years.
