Hello!! Unfortunately the flu took me off of my feet, had a fever and sore throat..the whole nine yards. This was two days ago...feeling better now but still not as strong, so question is, how long should I wait till I go back to the gym? Today is Saturday and I havent been since Wednesday. I guess this will be my week off...havent taken any breaks from exercising since the summer so I guess it won't hurt. But is cardio allowed while taking a break or does rest mean rest from EVERYTHING?
