With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
i don't see how it would be any different... as long as you eat a decent meal 1.5-2 hours before you start running (so you don't burn lean tissue for fuel) and take your protein right after you're done, i really don't see anything taht'd make either one a better choice... of course, running in the morning (outside) always feels best... the air smells better then...
