I know I read this on here about a week ago, but now I can't find it, but what are rep and sets? On my work out page what do I put as reps? If it says 15, is each 15 a rep or set?

well, here it goes for those who don't understand reps and sets and can't find a thread that explains it:

a rep (short for "repetition") is a single movement... for example, a push up.
a set (short for "set") is the amount of reps you do at a time (not a the very same time)... for example, if you do ten push ups without taking any kind of a break in between each "rep", then you're doing a set of 10 push ups... Holla?!
