i need help with my chest workout. can u please help me with this workout.

push ups
4 sets of 25 incline
4 sets of 25 decline
4 sets of 25 reagular style pushups

dumbel press
4 sets of 15 50 pound

bench pres
4 sets of 10 155 pounds

Go in and set up a ft program and specify the max chest muscle mass it will set you up a good program. Good Luck - Mike
