Hey guys....I started a diet in october of 2002...And lost 40 lbs over a 7 month period..I've been dieting since...But not losing anything. I work out daily and hit cardo for at least 45-60 mins, and I throw in some weights...I'd like to lose another 15-20 lbs..and just look better...My carb intake is low...Any advice at all???

You need to change something. The body adapts to the diet and exercise after a certain period of time. Maybe increase the weights for a while, decrease the cardio...change some of your food choices too. Your body is adapted to the 45-60 min regular cardio. Reduce it for a few weeks and then put it back in and you should lose a few of those un wanted pounds. Over time I find I get lazy with the diet....so re check that too. Also cycle the carbs. Every 3-4 days add one to two servings of Oatmeal, sweet potato or brown rice...peas, beans are a good option too.
