Looking at getting a bench and power rack.

My local shop carries both the Keys KPS-FID Utility Bench, KPS-PC Power Cage, as well as the PowerTec P-UBN (new) Utility Bench and Power Rack.

Does anyone own these and is there any preferances ... having a hard time deciding. Thanks
