Hey all. I am trying really hard to motivate myself to just get up and start working out hard like I should. So far that hasn't been working. I was wondering if as a way to ease myself into things, and possible help motivation in the process, if walking 10 minutes a day, outside would be good. I read in the body Blues, that doing this will help my mood, and help me sleep better at night, but i was wondering if increasing my activity even this small amount would produce any weightloss effects. Whatdya think??

Any start is a good start Cristabell. Why don't you join the Mutt challange. If you hang around long enough inspiration will come, but for now do anything you can.
