I am really enjoying a workout I have devised on my own that includes pull-ups (narrow & wide grip), chin-ups, one arm pull-ups, push-ups, dips. Anyone have a recommended routine that incorporates these exercices, varies the sequence, etc? I've found I can crank these out rapidly, get a great burn, and still have time to get in cardio. Thanks!

add some sissy squats

vary hand placement on push ups to shift emphasis to triceps or chest or shoulders...inward is more triceps, outward shoulders....you can raise legs to emphasize more of the upper chest....

lean in more on dips to hit chest.....up and down to hit triceps...

do explosive jumps by squatting down 2/3 of the way then jumping up as high as you can then landing and repeating it for 5 reps of 3-5 sets....reach with your arms as high as you can...

you can do shoulder push ups by going upside down against the wall and doing ....the push ups....

rest ur palms behind ur back on a bed or bench , feet together and do dips. these are great for triceps. if u want more resistance try adding weight on ur lap.
