This is the first day of the challenge, I feel I need to keep a diary, My day started off good with 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 4 egg whites and small yogurt. Then off to the gym for a killer workout, Chest and shoulders. Now I will spend the rest of the day staying on my diet. Wish me luck, Gotta get back in my clothes and feeling better about my self.

Sandy I believe they were added while you were away but have you seen the exercise log section? Hardly anyone uses it and it would be great to see some more folks in there. I use Mutt as a great goal to follow. My wife looks there too. Alas I can only look at bb1's and wish but his routines are interesting.
