Hello everyone, I went to the gym today just to get my feet wet. Was sooo disappointing to see how much strength I lost in the last 2 months. And looking at that lil budda belly that's starting to develop is another disappointment. I plan to start back into the gym full time starting december 17th when I return home from active duty. I have from December 17th-March 1st to get in shape before I go into the police academy, and I plan to be ripped come March. I will post before and after pics.
Don't let it get you down man! I was off for 9 months straight due to a fractured wrist, and let me tell you something. It comes back really fast!
It took one month for me to get back to where I left off. Muscle has memory, so no need to worry about it.
