I have notice within the last 2 weeks that about 30minutes after my workouts; I start to feel real shaky. My hands tremble, and I feel kinda nervy inside. I'm not sure if it is my blood sugar going crazy or what. I try hard to listen to my body so to speak, and I have noticed that I crave fruit, peanut butter, and juices when this happens. I have been hitting the nutritional goals per; Protein, carbs, and fat...At least within 10% either way, but this has only been over the last two weeks....Any suggestions on a pre-workout supplement and post workout supplement that might help...

Thanks taurie; I will give that a try...My body has been acting kinda funny since becoming a little stricter with the whole diet thing, lifting heavier, and incorporating HIIT faithfully. I asked a nurse friend of mine, and she thought the things that I was eating before the workout should be ate after the workout, and that I am not eating enough...I am going to change some things around, and see what happens..I think my blood sugar levels was going crazy...

I did leave myself WIDE open didn't I...This weekends workouts went much better. The last two weeks have been crazy at work; 4 on 4 off 4 on. So, I was working out between 11-3 instead of my usual 5:00pm...This week is going to be crazy, and I'm not sure if I will be able to workout at all; looks like 12-14 hour days except for Thursday...I am about 8 weeks in to this program; Damn, I was just noticing some changes...I will take this week off the whole lifting bit; eat and grow so to speak...Back at it next Monday or Tuesday....
