Try doing power cleans and squats on Monday and Hang cleans and deadlifts on Thursday. Do bench on Tuesday and and Incline bench on friday. Push Jerks on Tuesday; Military press on Friday. You should add some hamstring work in on Mondays and Thursdays. Add some more upper back work like pull-ups on Tuesdays and Fridays. What are you doing for your conditioning?
