Ok, I hurt from my heels to my b-hole...I have been on the FT program for about 4 weeks now. I have done calve raises, seated calve raises, and B/W donkey raises throughout the routine. B/W donkey raises really didn't do much for me, so, two days ago when they were in my routine; I asked my wife to jump on my back. She's a little fire ball, so, weight shouldn't be the issue. I did my 4 sets of 20; held at the bottom for 20sec.on 20, and held at the top for 20sec. on 20...Why am I so damnnnnnnnn sore? Does this target the calves more so then other calf exercises?
Help!!!!Will I ever be able to walk normal again?
