I started taking 200mg pills of caffeine just before I exercise (I drink 3 litres of water while i exercise with it) but I started having dizzy spells. Could these dizzy spells be caused by a withdrawl of the caffeine or should I see a doctor.
It gets to the point i'm bed ridden or almost faint and whenever I sneeze or yawn it gets worse.

Thanks!

Is there anything in your system besides the caffeine and H2O?

Thats a good point azredhead.

What is your diet like and how many calories do you consume a day?

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.

I am doing the atkins diet. So just protein and some vegetables.
Aside from caffeine and H2O, there is nothing.

The Atkins diet book strongly recommends to avoid caffeine while doing the diet....that is most likely the problem. It is also counter-productive to the effects of keytosis and in turn, hurts your weight loss effort.

But how much are you eatting in this diet? Whats your daily intake like? How many calories? What kind of foods?

Sorry to prod you with so many questions, but from the sounds of it you may not be eatting enough for your activity level.
