i need 2 gain muscle but i also wanna workout my abs so i dont wanna be fat. Can someone help me and tell me a way i can do this? And I weight 132 pounds i a skinny kid im 16 and i wanna try and get up to 150 pounds, how long do u guys think it will take for me 2 gain 18 pounds? Any esponses will be apprecieated thanks guys
If your 16 don't worry to much about your weight right know your body is still maturing just stick to a good clean diet and maybe some protein keep your workouts intense you will grow. Good luck
