With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
This is just a short post for those that don't have ready access to a gym. I made a recent move and the working hours on the new job and the town I moved to has a gym that's only ok if you're there to hook-up. Rather than backslide any more than I already had, I scored a used universal machine a few weeks ago then came up with a set of Power Blocks last week. I don't have any affiliation but if you need a full set of db's and don't have the space, these are worth a look. They aren't cheap but when figured out by the pound, come out about the same as db's. Basically a full set (5's to 125's) in 3 square feet of space.
