I just ordered a great book on line at Chapters. It is called the Encyclopedia of Natural Healing second edition put out by Alivebooks. It has great information on optimal nutrition for Optimal Health. and lots more. Thought I would share for those who are interested in a complete text on the subject. Covers over three hundred conditions.
