With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I have just finished my 8 week exercise program fro the third time. I'm on mulast day and have updated my profile, but I still haven't gotten my new 8-week exercise program. Am I supposed to start completely over with a new profile? I don't want to start from scratch. Any ideas??
Ack, didn't realize it had logged me out for being innactive. ^.~
Anyhow... I just felt that working each muscle group once a week was leaving me feeling unused. Unused is underworked, in my opinion. As soon as it feels like a muscle group is rested from the previous workout (a day or two), then why not work it some more?
