Actually, I am wondering how long we should sleep if we are following for an exercise plan. Especially for me. If I go to sleep late I wake up early. Should I go to sleep late late at night?

8-10hours a night for growing teens is usually the number. Try going to sleep at reasonable hours.

yeah 8 hours is the minimum you should sleep.
