How long should we sleep if we are training and trying to lose body fat?

Is there anything bad sleeping longer than eight? Sometimes I conk out for a good nine or ten.

Nothing wrong with plenty of sleep, just be careful not to get 4 one night and 12 the next that swing shift stuff plays havoc on your nervous system...set your internal clock and keep it set.
