can any one tell me why its taking my cheast along time to develope? the rest of my body looks good but my cheast am i doing something wrong or is it just me?

without a profile and without information we can not make any guess as to what you are doing wrong, chances are the problem just lies in intensity, but if we don't know what youre doing we cant really help

one thing ive noticed is that if you do just chest exercises to get a well developed chest, it wont work as well. dont become hell bent on getting a huge chest. other exercises like chin-ups help with the chest muscles, but i think it is also good to have a right good chest intensity work-out in your weekly training.

My Cheast Work Out.. i find this works my chest great, i find it grows fast..Go for low reps at high weight to really work it..
Flat bench 4 sets
Incline Bench 4 sets
Flys 4 sets
And dips(lean forward for these and you'll really feel it in the chest)
