Hi again! I know that for supper one should eat low carbs and little fat inorder to maintain a sensible weight, and usually I think of salad as something good to eat in the evening because it's low fat/cal. However, I read somewhere that after 6 o'clock the digestive system cannot properly digest raw fruits and vegetables, thus it just starts to rot it the intestines and exerts poisonous gases. Is this true?
