Hello all. I am working out again after a 5 year break. Looking to shed my extra pounds and get into shape again. I plan on posting a current picture of myself soon. I am currently beginning an 8 week training program and eating better. I look forward to getting advice from you guys and posting an updated pic in 8 weeks.
