Well, my training has been going great....I realized without any goals I have nothing to strive for...before I had goals for football, now that thats over...what do you guys think of these goals to be achieved by August 31, 2003

205lbs --->185lbs
Incine 185x8---->225x8
Squat 315x8----> 370x8
Curl 100x8---->115x8
7:35mile---->6:30 mile

how do those sound???reasonable???
