I think I have as much muscle as I really want; Being able to see too much muscle is just not the look I'm going for. I can see my biceps now and even veins on my stomach and arms..iiiick...
What changes should I make? Lower weights and more cardio?

I would think so... maybe do more reps with lower weights to maintain your current condition, and a few more minutes of cardio to keep your fitness level. ( at least that's what most magazines say )

As a guy, I don't mind being able to see my veins. :)

If you're a pear you should be able to build quite a bit of muscle in your legs w/out getting that muscle bound look. The veininess is a body fat thing. You're built like me; if we get our body fat down enough to define our legs, we do get ripped and veiny up top. Personally I have no problem w/ that but I don't want my body fat dropping down so low my face starts to look like a corpse. So look at your body and decide what route to go with what you have. My solution has been to work on building the muscles in my legs to firm them up and smooth the surface fat. So my legs are still proportionally large but instead of large and jiggly they're muscular and fairly smooth. So my suggestion fwiw would be work to maintain the mass in your arms, increase muscle mass in your legs. BUT I do look pretty muscly; personally I like that look so take my advice w/ a grain of salt.

I think I read once, If you're going to have a big butt, have a GREAT big butt. LOL That has become my personal philosophy, do the best you can w/ your genetic material and work with it, not against it.

Hey Jessica, Thanks for the reply. Yes, we sound pretty similar. I don't want to work my legs TOO much because they're getting bigger from the muscle growing and when you have stubby little legs like me, it makes a big difference in appearance. I guess I don't really like the whole ripped look on myself...I've always been pretty feminine and when I see veins it's just "not me" if you understand. So I still don't know exactly what to do, I guess I will have to expiriment a bit.
thank you

tara, my legs did actually get a little bigger before they started slimming down. I'm guessing it's because I'm building muscle faster than I'm dropping the body fat.

Yes, I understand - hope you find something that works for you. It can be frustrating sometimes!
