I've been reading a bunch of research that has been 'showing' how cow's milk is horrible for humans... causing calcium loss / osteoperosis, mucus buildup, allergies, bloating, the list goes on...

Is there any truth to this or is it just another hyped up scare? I drink about 4-5 servings of skim milk per day, and I've always thought it was healthy. Am I really killing myself, as these websites lead me to believe? :)
