ive been gaining for 10 weeks and am currently on my 10th week, i feel like i am gaining too much weight, my weight has gone up on the scale...anyone know a good cutting diet? or what i should next?

Reduce your calorie intake slowly. This is very important. Around 500-700 calories a day would be appropriate. That would be over a pound of fat in a week. Insert some cardio into your training. Maybe 2-3 30min. sessions a week to start then increase when you feel comfortable.

Actually, reducing 500-700 calories per day would be a very BIG mistake. Maybe per week, but NOT per day. To be on the safer side, I would even reduce that # to about 200-300 cals. per week. Never make such huge drops in your calories, you could end up sacrificing more than you would have liked (muscle)
