Well just thought I'd post an update to let you all know how i've been going since I started on FT. And also to motivate me to keep going and strive for more.
Since starting on FT I've re-evaluated my diet and realised I was overloading on carbs and hardly eating any protein. I've changed my eating habits and now try to think about what I'm putting in my body. I'm no angel - and I fall of the wagon. But at least now I've educated myself to know what's right and what's wrong.
I've seen a dramatic weight loss and change in my appearance. The result of which is having to buy some new clothes cos I've went down a size.
Also with my training I've started doing a boxing class which I try to do at least once a week (usually twice) and I've been using my FT workout at the gym.
When I'm doing my workout I'll note down to try a heavier weight. I'm not scared to bump it up cos I know that if I can't complete the set then that's what I aim for next time.
I feel a lot healthier and a lot happier.
More importantly I'm more motivated than ever to try and eat a balanced diet and tone my body and increase my strength and stamina.
A lot of this is down to this site. I may not post a lot myself but just reading posts from others can give me a kick.
So thanks guys.
