How would I effectively go about losing fat without losing muscle? I would like to attempt to lose some extra fat. However, I am very attached to my recent gains in muscle and would hate to lose them.
It would all count on your diet, as long as you keep training. Keep up the protein (1gram /lb of body weight) watch the kinds and quantities of carbs and fats.
