With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I work out at the gym with weights 4 days a week for at least an hour. I do cardio an avg of 3x a week for 20-40 minutes. So does this fall under the moderate (3-5 days a week) or strenuous (5-7 das a week) activity category. My job is a desk one with a little walking. I used to always pick the sedentary category before working out and now I am not sure which one is more accurate for me.
