when you first start to work out how much of your first initial weight is fat and how much is actually water, the only reason I ask is that I have started to workout as of Monday and weighed myself this morning after my workout I weighed myself again and I have dropped 7 and a half pounds in two and a half days, is the majority of this just water with some fat or just water itself.
Hey there nathan27. Chances are that a good 90% of that weight loss was water. It should take a couple weeks to shed 7 lbs really. (in a healthy manner anyhow) Keep at it though! And keep us posted!
