bloating?

Yesterday I weighed 192, today I weighed 198. I feel like crud for some reason, I did eat some lucky charms today, but I don't know if the carbs, in that cereal made me retain more water than usual, but I do feel really bloated, what is this and how can i prevent it?

The only way I know of to help bloating is to drink more water, cut out the salt & sugar, and say away from "gassy" foods.

The book 'Eat Right 4 Your Type' has an interesting take on bloating and indigestion. I found, after reading it, there are a lot of foods worth avoiding just to not get that feeling. Once I cut out a few things even my 'fat' didn't feel so fat...lol
