I find it really funny that I'm the only one of my friends who works out, and whenever I mention that I'm a little sore or stiff, the response is always, "so you overdid it, hey?". No, I just DID it! My mom is the worst for that. I think that there's definitely a divide between those that do and those that don't. I also like the comment, "what do you mean you have to train tonight, you went to the gym yesterday".(!) or "aren't you afraid of having muscles like a man?" Sometimes I feel like no one but me understands what and why I'm working for! Ugh!

I totally agree with you. Unless they are into it they dont understand. I have this one friend who thinks she will get huge if she lifts weights (drives me nuts! She doesnt see me getting huge) Ive tried to talk to her but it doesnt sink in! She also doesnt believe in eating breakfast . I told her it would probably help her to lose weight oh well they just dont get it do they!
