I have a problem...when I work out my legs will have a tendency to turn sort of purplish and red and "blotchy"...I'm really fair skinned and this has been known to happen to me when I take hot showers.
Does it have anything to do with poor circulation? You would think that turning purple would have to do with the blood somehow. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
