well my brother lifts weights with me and we usually go to the gym together...he wants to put on mass...he does not wanna get defined or anything...he doesnt really eat healthy like i do...any suggestions? thanks

Buy him the Body for Life book. It's a good read and gets alot of people on track.

If your brother wants to put on mass, he'll have to eat quite abit, always fuel the stomach, start off with high amount of protein, and the #1 thing that he has to understand, is to be committed to going to the gym on a regular basis. He has to get into the habit and can't be lazy about it. If he can do that, he will be rewarding himself little by little with the mass he's looking for.

im trying! hes not a real healthy eater, he will drink protein shakes and eat bars, and he always loves to eat egg whites and turkey in the morning! as well as eating steak and grilled chicken, but if he wants choclate or mcdonalds he'll eat it...

Well, that is where dedication comes in. He must not care enough yet to want to eat a clean diet geared towards develpoing maximum muscle. You can never make somebody do something they don't want, it is always up to that person, he has to want it bad enough and be willing to make sacrifices, until then, just do the best you can do. yes i know what you mean! im trying as hard as i can! i mean my determination got him somewhere! he started working out! so i know i did something, but i can only push him so far and do the best i can do as you said...thanks again for all the help guys!
