Underhand Grip Machine Pulldowns
Instructions
- Seated in the machine, place your legs under the pad and adjust the seat height to
meet your needs.
- Grasp the above handles with an underhand grip. Your arms fully extended.
- Pull the handles down following the arc motion provided by the machine.
- Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds.
Tips
- Keep your back flat and chest against the padding.
