Underhand Grip Machine Pulldowns
Seated in the machine, place your legs under the pad and adjust the seat height to meet your needs.
Grasp the above handles with an underhand grip. Your arms fully extended.
Pull the handles down following the arc motion provided by the machine.
Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds.
Keep your back flat and chest against the padding.
