Side Lateral Raises with Cans


  • Stand with your knees slightly bent. Grasp a can in each arm with palms facing in.
  • Bring your arms out to the sides until they are parallel with your shoulders.
  • Hold for 1-2 seconds, then release back to the starting position.


  • Keep your wrist straight and your palms facing down.
