Outer Thighs Machine
Instructions
- Sit in the machine with the thigh pads on the outside of your knees. Adjust the
thigh pads so that they are touching your knees when your legs are together.
- Push your legs to the sides as shown in the animation.
- Hold and contract the outer thighs for 2 seconds, then slowly return to the starting
position.
