Machine Pulldowns


  • Seated in the machine, place your legs under the pad and adjust the seat height to meet your needs.
  • Grasp the above handles with an underhand grip. Your arms fully extended.
  • Pull the handles down following the arc motion provided by the machine.
  • Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds.


  • Keep your back flat and chest against the padding.
