Machine Front Raises


  • Use a machine that allows an arc movement to replicate a dumbbell front raise.
  • Stand with knees slightly bent, and the handle directly in front of you. Grasp the handle with an overhand grip.
  • Raise the handle up towards you. Raise it you shoulder height level.
  • Pause for 1-2 seconds, then release back down to starting position.


  • The range of motion is very controlled with the use of the machine. So focus on proper form.
