- This exercise is performed on the abdominal machine as shown in the pictures.
- Sit in the adominal machine. Adjust the pad so that it is touching your chest when
you are sitting up almost straight.
- Put your arms over the pad and slowly bend at the waist, contracting the abdominal
- Hold for 2 seconds, then slowly return to starting position.
- There are various abdominal machines available. Refer to the instructions on the
machine if it is different than the one pictured above.
