Machine Assisted Wide Grip Chins


  • Position yourself on a assisted pull up machine.
  • Place your knees on the pad, and take an overhand wide grip on the above handles.
  • Pull yourself up so that you are head level with the handles.
  • Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds, then lower yourself back to the starting position.


  • When going back down to the extended position, be sure to do so slowly and controlled.
