Inner Thighs Machine
Instructions
- Sit in the inner thigh machine. Adjust the pads so they are on the inner side of
your knees when your legs are as shown in the first picture. This is the starting
position.
- Slowly bring your legs together, contracting your inner thighs.
- Hold for 2 seconds, then slowly return to the starting position.
