Extensor Forearm Stretch
Instructions
- Hold one arm straight out in front of you with the palm facing down.
- Bend your wrist up, aiming your fingers as high as possible.
- Use your other hand to pull back your fingers until you feel a stretch in your lower
forearm.
- Hold for 20 seconds and repeat with the other arm.
