Double Arm Can Curls


  • Standing with feet shoulder width apart. Back straight.
  • Grasp a can in each hand with palms facing in.
  • Curl the cans up keeping your elbows close to your sides. As you reach the top of the movement twist your hand so your palms face you.
  • Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds


  • Lower the weights down slowly, do not let them drop.
