Bands Tricep Extension


  • Stand with one leg slightly backwards. Step with the back leg on the band.
  • Grab both handles and lift your arms above your head, bending the elbows, as shown in the first picture.
  • Slowly extend your arms above your head, contracting the triceps muscles.
  • Pause for 2 seconds, then return to the starting position.


  • Increasing tension is done by using a different colored band.
