Bands Tricep Extension
- Stand with one leg slightly backwards. Step with the back leg on the band.
- Grab both handles and lift your arms above your head, bending the elbows, as shown
in the first picture.
- Slowly extend your arms above your head, contracting the triceps muscles.
- Pause for 2 seconds, then return to the starting position.
- Increasing tension is done by using a different colored band.
